ABOUT FFC
Family Fitness is the ideal health club for fun, friendly,
non-intimidating workouts for all age groups. With over
26,000 square feet, Family Fitness dominates the fitness industry
in the south shore area. There are over 150 cardio machines,
without a time limit, sign up or wait. There is also a huge
free weight area with over 50,000 lbs of free weights, the
dumbbells range from 3lbs to 125lbs, giving many options to
either a beginner or advanced athlete.

BABYSITTING
FFC's babysitting room has a great kid friendly atmosphere, where all the children run to it to get their faster. There are lots of fun activities to keep your children occupied and having fun while you are working out.
AGES: 9 months to 10 years
Babysitting Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 11:30am, 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday - 8:15 - 11:30am
Saturday - 8:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday - Closed
RATES:
$3.00 per child/ Three children or more add $1.00 per child
MONTHLY: $25 for 1 child / $40 for 2 children / $50 for 3 or more children

MEET FFC'S TRAINERS
Andrew Lederman
I am an I.S.S.A certified fitness trainer
I like to focus on training functional movements that will develop and strengthen the muscles that help you perform better. I work with a wide range of people that want to improve their performance in anything from high level athletics to general toning and shaping to basic fitness and maintaining good health.
I have and will work with people of all different fitness levels from High School and College Athletes to average fitness enthusiasts to post-rehab patients
I always look forward to working with new people and helping them reach their goals
Diane
Diane began to work on her athletic ability at a young age with track and field and many other physical activities. She then developed a strong passion for fitness and started weight training very seriously. Since then she has devoted her life to health and fitness and continues to evolve each day as an excellent personal trainer. Diane has diverse methods of training such as martial arts, karate, and also traveled to Thailand and learned the unique style of Muaythai training. She also has competed in the 2006 Natural Body Building Competition and placed in three different divisions. Diane has a genuine love for her clients and has a desire to see them reach their goals in their mind, body and spirit.
"My trainer Diane is a great trainer. She listens to you, she adjusts routines as you go along, she pushes when you need her to and stops when she knows you have had enough. Diane is really knowledgeable about the body and what goes on with it. If I had to rate Diane between 1-10 she is a 10+!"

Maryann Dee
My passion for fitness led me to pursue a career as a Certified Personal Trainer. For over nine years, I have provided one on one training to the many clients of Family Fitness. I provide, create and implement tailored programs regardless of your level of fitness, age or limitations. My many programs include general health and fitness, weight loss and maintenance, competitive fitness and bodybuilding, post surgical and sport specific training. My love of fitness has kept me active as a competitive bodybuilder. Through the years, I have successfully won four shows and currently hold a Procard with the OCB. My credo for working with my clients is to help them achieve a healthy lifestyle and attain their fitness goals all while providing a motivating and positive environment.

My passion for fitness first started in high school, at 17 I was over weight and wanted to change my life style. I began working out and eating healthy. From that point on I was hooked. My enjoyments for fitness lead me to a career in the fitness industry. Every day I go to work excited to help others be healthy. I work with people of all ages and levels of fitness. I will help you reach your goals through a mix of strength training, cardio, core training and nutritional guidance. I teach all my clients that they can do anything that they want as long as they make a commitment, work hard, and stick with it! I am constantly striving to improve my clients and myself
Sherri Bauman Hoitt
Personal Fitness Trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine also earned the Health Fitness Administration certification through Fitness Resource Associates, 2005.
As a trainer I provide a unique and personalized exercise program focusing on movement performance, recognizing muscle imbalance, and creating a fun and life-lasting integral pattern of health and well being.
- I have been a Massage Therapist since 1991 and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
- Knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics compliments my profession as a trainer.
- My interests also include youth athletic development, I currently teach an after school program grade 1-3 at Cole school, Norwell.
- My mentors of fitness include Michael Boyle, Gray Cook, Brian Grasso, and Stuart McGill.
I've had the privilege of working at Family Fitness since Jan.2007 and have developed wonderful professional relationships with staff as well as our members. I continue to look forward to the future as a Personal Trainer at Family Fitness.

GROUP FITNESS
Working out with others creates completion which creates more motivation. If this is what you're looking for, join one of our aerobics classes that are included in your membership. Or contact one of our trainers to set up a semi-private group training class. Get great results while having fun and meeting new people
BASKETBALL
Our full size Basketball court is a great way to burn some calories. Whether joining one of the pick up games or just shooting around. The scheduled pick up games are Sundays at 12pm, Tuesdays at 6:30pm, and Fridays at 10am. The basketball court is also available to rent for private games or school practices. If interested please contact the main club number.
